We love curiosity, collaboration, and bold thinking. At the same time, we need to protect the work and avoid future disputes.

Unless we have a separate written agreement signed by us before you share an idea, any ideas, suggestions, proposals, concepts, or other feedback you choose to send to Morgan Dynamic Research may be used by us for any purpose. We may build on it, extend it, publish related work, or fold it into our existing models, with no obligation to keep it confidential, compensate you, credit you, or notify you.

Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information through this site.

This policy is not about dismissing contributors. It is about keeping the path of the research clear and inevitable, so that overlapping insights do not turn into ownership disputes. If you believe you have work that truly requires a specific arrangement, contact us first so we can decide together whether a separate written agreement makes sense.
